Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at helena@elnailschool.co.uk If your return is accepted, you can return the product to the following address:

Before returning an item, please include a note with the following information.

Full name
Order number
A brief explanation of why the product is being returned
Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Please allow 24 hours from when your product has arrived at E L Nail School for us to review your return before a refund or exchange can be offered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations Policy

a) Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course start date, and non-attendance, incur 100% of fees paid. If medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid. E L Nail School is under no obligation to offer a refund of any fees paid.

b) For cancellations with over 4 weeks notice, a fee of £50 will be deducted from the refund of the full course price.

c) Refunds will not be made if any of the online training material has been accessed.

d) E L Nail School reserves the right to refuse to fulfil a booking should they not wish to do so.

If E L Nail School has to cancel or reschedule a course or location due to unforeseen or change of circumstances, new dates will be made available as soon as possible. E L Nail School can at no time be responsible for individuals' loss of earnings or travel expenses due to rescheduling.

Transfer of Fees

If monies are transferred for an alternative date, they will be held for up to three months, after this time if no alternative date is booked any unused fees will be forfeited.

Certification Certificates are issued in the name stated at the time of booking. E-Certificates are emailed after the course is completed. If a hard copy is required there is a posting charge of £10.00.

Changes to Personal Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that personal details held by E L Nail School are correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address. Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. E L Nail School will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.

Individual Needs
If you feel you need additional support with particular learning needs e.g. physical disability, hearing impairment or literacy skills, please could you inform us of your individual needs when booking. We will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Kits
Kits are available to purchase separately on this website.

Weather/Adverse Conditions

If E L Nail School has to close due to conditions outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, Virus, flooding or industrial action we are not able to offer refunds however the course will be moved to an alternative date.

All course content belongs to E L Nail School and must not be copied or reproduced in any other form without written permission.
