You don't need any qualifications or experience in nails to do this course
You can use any brand of products you choose but we do recommend you use products designed for professional use rather than DIY home kits
This course is made up of 4 Modules. There is an e-book for each Module and demonstration videos to give you all the information you will need to complete each unit of your online theory (view sample question). Your tutor will be available via telephone between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday or email, to help with any questions you may have. You will be given access to all of the assessment and feedback information.
This course requires 5 case studies which are as follows:
Natural Nail Prep including tip application and prepping the tip
BIAB overlay on natural nail
BIAB overlay on tip
Infill/Rebalance on tip
Removal of BIAB from either natural nail or tip
These can be carried out on yourself, friends or relatives, a practice hand or a combination of any of them. You will need to provide evidence of your work as follows:
VIDEO EVIDENCE - Please do a separate video for each of the above but only do one finger. This will make it quicker and easier for you to upload the videos. Please don't stress about video quality. If you can see what you're doing in the video I'm sure we will be able to.
The videos can be uploaded on your course page in your online account.

Qualification: ABT Accredited Diploma
You will receive your Diploma Certificate, usually within 3 days of completion of your final recorded practical assignment provided all work (theory and practical) meets the required standard. You will then be fully qualified and insurable in BIAB Extensions!
PLEASE NOTE: Modules 1, 2, and 3 are the same for ALL courses so you only need to do these once. Even if you book another course at a later date you will not need to re-do Modules 1, 2 and 3.
ONLINE BIAB EXTENSIONS COURSE WITHOUT KIT
Our Builder in a Bottle Extensions course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to provide beautiful sets of gel nail extensions that will last. You'll learn how to prep the natural nail to perfection, apply and prep tips ready for BIAB application, how to build an apex for strength and structure, how to infill and rebalance extensions and how to fully remove BIAB.
Everything you need, which is a combination of e-books, video tutorials and multiple choice questions, is provided in your online account; you will also be able to upload your case study videos from within your online account. This allows you to work from a PC, mobile or tablet wherever you happen to be.
Work at your own pace as and when you have time. You can take as long as you like!
All course materials will be made available to you in your online account after you have paid and registered.
